Research Interests
Dr. Peyman Najafirad’s research interests include at scale computing, stochastic optimization, and machine learning, an approach to Artificial Intelligence that relies on learning from data. He is broadly interested in inference and causality using graphical and probabilistic deep models in applications such as computer vision, natural language understanding, and cyber analytics.
