Research Interests
My research generally pertains to cybersecurity and privacy risk mitigation for software engineering and mobile/IoT applications. To this end, I apply multidisciplinary approaches to create practical tools to aid developers, end users, and policy makers. Some topics include privacy policy violation detection, distributed intrusion detection systems for IoT networks, security requirements patterns, and Metaverse privacy.
