Brain Disorders

One of the greatest scientific challenges in neuroscience is to decipher the neuronal mechanisms that regulate behavior in health and disease. This effort requires a multidisciplinary approach to study the molecules, cellular populations and circuits involved with brain disorders. From molecular neuroscience to human neuroscience, our researchers use an innovative array of cutting-edge tools to study brain disorders such as neurodegenerative diseases, epilepsy, substance use disorders, and mental health disorders.
