Dr. Misty sailors, professor in the Department of Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching, traveled to Mozambique, Africa with CODE (Canada) and the Progresso Association (Maputo) in December 2016 to host a literacy workshop as a way to improve teacher education in the country.
