University to conduct faculty and staff survey to assess campus climate
To advance the President’s Initiative on Inclusive Excellence, UTSA is conducting a confidential campus climate survey through November 2. The survey will assess employees’ perceptions and experiences around a variety of topics, including job satisfaction, communication, management, professional development, workplace culture and inclusivity.
A similar survey will be administered to students in spring 2021.
“As a growing research institution advancing to national recognition, it is more important than ever that we accelerate our efforts to create a collaborative and inclusive community,” said Vice President for Inclusive Excellence Myron Anderson. “Gathering the input of faculty and staff regarding workplace climate will help us identify areas where new systems, policies and practices are needed to help UTSA become an exemplary environment where all students, faculty and staff can thrive.”
