COEHD to host annual collaborative conference March 21

(March 13, 2015) -- The UTSA College of Education and Human Development (COEHD) will host the third annual Principals, Counselors, and School Psychologists: Collaborating for Student Success Conference from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, in the Buena Vista Street Building Aula Canaria (1.328) at the UTSA Downtown Campus.

Free and open to the public, the conference brings together local educational leaders, COEHD students, and faculty from the Departments of Educational Psychology, Counseling, and Educational Leadership and Policy Studies to discuss ways to facilitate collaboration between principals, counselors, and school psychologists.

This year’s conference will include a special panel discussion that will feature counselors, school psychologists, and principals from Converse Elementary School in the Judson Independent School District and Jefferson Middle School and Taft High School in the Northside Independent School District. Two breakout sessions will follow the panel discussion.
