UTSA photo of the day: Rowdy and Romo chow down
(Aug. 19, 2015) — Hmmmm. Who’s in charge here?
Yesterday, University President Ricardo Romo and several other UTSA leaders donned aprons, not to mention their signature orange and blue, and served up some mouth-watering barbecue to their fellow Roadrunners on the first day of classes.
Students, faculty and staff feasted and lounged in the shade, taking a few moments to enjoy their community, or in the case of the newly arrived class of 2019, to get to know UTSA a little better. And isn’t that what Roadrunner Days is all about?
