Those of us in The Writing Program wish every student success in his or her academic careers. Since we know how important writing skills are to that success, we urge students to take advantage of all the ways that we wish to help. We also extend our services to the entire UTSA community.
You can read about faculty members or contact the director at this site. Many of our faculty have even provided copies of their syllabi under their faculty bio pages.

Cook. Eat. Write. Repeat.
For the Fall semester in 2020, the Writing Program and the Honor's College collaborated to offer a specially designed course that paired writing and cooking into a delicious recipe for online learning. Throughout the semester, each student submitted 2 recipes - one of which included a cultural information section or a connection to the chef - and after testing the recipes and tweaking them as needed, compiled them into a cookbook. View or download the cookbook to try out the recipes for yourself!
