Those of us in The Writing Program wish every student success in his or her academic careers. Since we know how important writing skills are to that success, we urge students to take advantage of all the ways that we wish to help. We also extend our services to the entire UTSA community.

The Undergraduate Writing Boot Camp
The Writing Center, TRC, and UTSA Libraries have partnered to offer a virtual Writing Boot Camp for undergraduate students that will work on topics like:
- Organization and time management
- Library research
- Common Writing Errors
The Undergraduate Writing Boot Camp will be held virtually (via Zoom) on July 29, 2021, from 1PM - 4PM.

Cook. Eat. Write. Repeat.
For the Fall semester in 2020, the Writing Program and the Honor's College collaborated to offer a specially designed course that paired writing and cooking into a delicious recipe for online learning. Throughout the semester, each student submitted 2 recipes - one of which included a cultural information section or a connection to the chef - and after testing the recipes and tweaking them as needed, compiled them into a cookbook.
