Heather Foster is a 2000 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where she received a BA in Anthropology. She joined UTSA in August 2005 as the Administrative Associate for the Parking and Transportation Services Department. She joined the Audit, Compliance and Risk Services team on January 1, 2007. Prior to UTSA she worked for the Education Service Center, Region XIII in Austin, TX.

Heather has been married for five years to her husband Christopher. She enjoys swimming, running with her two dogs, reading and traveling.
