Prior to working at UTSA, he worked at Clear Channel Communications as an Internal Auditor for over four years. Jacob received his BBA and Masters in Accounting from UTSA. While pursuing his Masters degree he worked as a Graduate Research Assistant for
The Auditing and Consulting Services Department.

Jacob enjoys listening to music, playing basketball, and karaoke. He also enjoys watching movies with his wife, Becky, and their dog, Junior.
