Paul has worked in the Office of Auditing and Consulting Services since September 1998. He currently serves as Director for Auditing & Consulting Services. Prior to working at UTSA, he was employed at the Texas Commission for the Blind in their Internal Audit Department and also at The University of Texas at Austin Law School in their Continuing Legal Education Department. Paul is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Paul is currently pursuing his designation as a Certified Fraud Examiner. He also enjoys traveling and scuba diving with his wife, Tina and taking care of their Chihuahua, Coco.
