Pay by Space Information

Pay by Space locations require pre-payment by entering the number of the parking space where your vehicle is parked. Payment can be made at any of the paystations.

Cash (exact change only)

Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

Pin Code - BAS issued validation

- Roadrunner Cafe Entrance
- John Peace Library - Food Court
- Bauerle Rd Lot 1

Downtown Campus:

- DTC Garage - Level G
- Monterey Bldg - 1st Floor Lobby
- Frio St Bldg - 1st Floor Lobby
- Buena Vista Bldg - By Theatre

Purchase Time

Initial purchase only. See Adding Time below for adding time to original purchase.


Cash Transactions
1. Enter pay space #
2. Select Purchase Ticket - Option 1
3. Select No for Validation Code - Option 2
4. Insert Bills or Coins - Expiration time will increment
5. Press Ok to complete transaction
6. Collect receipt and retain for your records - also required for adding time

Credit Card Transactions
1. Enter pay space #
2. Select Purchase Ticket - Option 1
3. Select No for Validation Code - Option 2
4. Insert CC - Initial Hr will post and expiration time will increment
5. Press 1 to increment by 1 hr or 9 for Daily Max
6. Press Ok to complete transaction
7. Collect receipt and retain for your records - also required for adding time

Pin Code (Validation)
1. Enter pay space #
2. Select Purchase Ticket - Option 1
3. Select Yes for Validation Code - Option 1
4. Enter Pin Code and Press OK
5. Amt Due will display "No Charge"
6. Collect receipt and retain for your records - add time not available

Add Time

Add Time Number from original receipt required.


Cash/CC Transactions
1. Enter pay space #
2. Select Add Time - Option 2
3. Enter Add Time number from original purchase receipt
4. Select No for Validation Code - Option 2
5. Proceed to Step 4 under Cash or CC Transactions above
