UTSA Downtown Special Events oversees the use of all reservable facilities and campus areas (excluding academic space, e.g. classrooms) at the Downtown Campus and assists faculty, staff, registered student organizations (RSO) and external organizations with event planning. Downtown Special Events provides basic event planning consultation to campus clients and facilitates the joint sponsorship process required for external organizations to hold events on campus.
Downtown Special Events is located on the ground floor of the Durango Building (DB 1.302) and can be reached by calling 210-458-2409 or emailing DTspecevents@utsa.edu.
