Yvonne Pena holds a Master's degree in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Texas A&M University; she received her bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico in Communications. She has worked at several different universities including the University of New Mexico, Illinois State University and University of Nevada, Reno.Yvonne has experience working with orientation, family programs, Greek life, programming, and leadership development. Yvonne enjoys traveling, hanging out with friends and anything with an animal print.
Ann Margaret Trujillo has been working at UTSA since October 1998, first serving as a Graduate Assistant in the Bicultural Bilingual Studies Division. In November 1999, Ann Margaret began her career with Multicultural and Student Programming and is currently serving as the Associate Director of the center. Ann Margaret holds three degrees: a Bachelor of Science Degree in American Sign Language Interpreting from the University of New Mexico, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish, from the University of New Mexico, and a Master of Arts Degree in Bicultural Studies from UTSA. Ann Margaret's job responsibilities are to coordinate, plan, and implement cultural awareness programs that occur on campus.
Cristina Dominguez: Program Coordinator for Volunteer Services
Cristina received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi in 2008. After graduation she spent a year traveling as a Field Consultant for her sorority where she visited 18 states and 38 colleges and universities. She returned to San Antonio where she pursued a master's degree in Higher Education Administration at UTSA where she interned with Greek Affairs at Texas State University – San Marcos, was the Graduate Advisor for the UTSA Student Organization Council, the Graduate Advisor for VOICES, and the Graduate Assistant for Volunteer Services. After graduating from UTSA she began her position as Program Coordinator for Volunteer Services in July 2012. Cristina works with community partners to bring UTSA students volunteer opportunities and advises the volunteer student organization VOICES.
