RowdySpace

About RowdySpace

RowdySpace is an online application that allows UTSA faculty and staff to securely share files to users they choose. Through RowdySpace, you can access and share your files from virtually anywhere 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Log In To RowdySpace

  1. Go to the RowdySpace login page.
  2. Enter your myUTSA ID (abc123) and password.
  3. Click OK.

Benefits of Using RowdySpace:

  • send files securely using a link (versus attaching files to an e-mail)
  • save inbox space when using a link (versus attaching files to an e-mail)
  • keep a log of who has accessed your files/folders
  • grant specified users permission to access your files/folders
  • drag and drop files/folders into RowdySpace using the Web folders feature
  • bookmark files/folders for easy access (like Favorites in Internet Explorer)
  • create groups for file-sharing purposes
