Relocation Reimbursement

Approving Authority The Approving Authority for Relocation Reimbursements are the prospective employee's divisional Vice-President or Provost.

The Approving Authority may delegate this authority in writing to a Dean, Vice-Provost, Associate Vice-President, or comparable organizational level. Ensure a copy of the Delegation of Authority is on file with the Payroll Office to expedite the reimbursement process  

Funding Limitations The reimbursement of Relocation expenses may be paid with Local Funds only. Departments may not use appropriated funds (14-).  Reimbursement will not exceed actual expenses incurred.
