Facility Usage Polices
- A valid UTSA/Campus Rec Card must be presented by the card holder to gain facility access. Campus Recreation staff reserves the right to ask for additional photo ID or presentation of photo ID at any time.
- Patrons must present a valid UTSA/Campus Rec Card or pass upon request of any Campus Rec staff member.
- Non-members under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the facility.
- Members and current UTSA students are entitled to one "freebie" entry (meaning without their UTSA/Campus Rec Card per semester.) Members and students must present a valid photo ID along with their membership or UTSA ID number to utilize the "freebie" entry. Members and students will be denied access to Campus Recreation facilities if the member or student fails to provide a valid photo ID at the time entry is attempted.
- Memberships are non-transferable. Individuals may not use someone else's UTSA/Campus Rec Card to gain facility access. Unauthorized use of the UTSA/Campus Rec Card is fraud. A UTSA/Campus Rec Card not belonging to the bearer or will be immediately confiscated. An Incident Report will be completed. The bearer will be asked to leave. The bearer and the owner may face campus disciplinary action.
- Membership is a privilege which may be modified or revoked for cause.
- Individuals with suspended privileges have a 3 step appeals process

- Use of UTSA/Campus Rec Card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions in effect at the time of use. Presence of a UTSA/Campus Rec Card does not guarantee current enrollment or Rec Center membership.
- Participant must enter through the either the north or south main entrances. The use of any other exterior door is prohibited and will activate an alarm system. Individuals having special entry needs may request assistance from Campus Recreation staff.
