Unwind Before the Grind

Unwind Before the Grind is a series of events designed to help students find time to relax and learn strategies for relieving stress before finals. The events, which run from April 4 through May 2, include meditation, therapy dog sessions, group exercise, aromatherapy, creative projects, snacks, and giveaways.
