Need nutritional guidance? Are you interested in learning how to improve your eating habits without going on one of the many fad diets? Attend the Nutrition 101 class and learn the basics of healthy eating and exercise. Discover the truth of fad diets and programs that restrict instead of enrich. Learn in a friendly group environment, where each member can set their own goal and work at their own pace.

Do you have a burning nutrition question?  Confused by all the different information on the internet?  Are you trying to win a nutritional debate with your roommates? (Are energy drinks safe?  Is an avocado a fruit or a vegetable?)  Send your nutrition-related question to Campus Rec's registered dietitian, Annie Bell, via our link: AskAnnie.RD@gmail.com.
Nutrition Assessments (Services are for Rec Members Only)

Campus Rec's registered dietitian, Annie Bell, will address your nutrition-related questions and concerns, assess your goals, and review your current food intake and lifestyle habits to individualize eating strategies specific to your needs and interests.  Appointments will last one hour. 
 
Only 12 consultations a month. Sign up while spots last. Participants need to have paperwork completed and turned in a week prior to their consultation.

Sign Up Now by emailing your name, phone number, banner and your top three time and date choices based on the provided schedule to  fitness@utsa.edu.  You will receive a reply within approximately 48 hours. Emails will only be returned between the hours of 8a-5p Monday-Friday.  Emails will not be returned Saturday or Sunday.
