Our fast-paced society can make eating right tough! In this session you'll learn exactly what healthy snacks you should keep on hand (and places you should stash them), to prevent unplanned trips to the drive through. We'll provide a variety of ideas for quick and easy lunches you can bring from home - good for the waistline and the pocketbook! And if, by chance, you do find yourself in the fast food line, we'll tell you exactly what you should order (and what to avoid!). Being in a rush will never be an excuse for poor eating habits again!
