If you are up for a fun and interesting rollercoaster ride of life long memories, leadership experience, and brotherhood, then Fraternity membership is the place for you. The fraternities in IFC at UTSA offer a home to just about any man at our University. Fraternity membership places emphasis on leadership, service, academics, and social interaction with fellow students.
The Interfraternity Council contains eleven (11) fraternities: Alpha Epsilon Pi (Colony), Alpha Sigma Phi, Alpha Tau Omega, Lambda Chi Alpha, Phi Delta Theta, Phi Gamma Delta – FIJI (Colony), Pi Kappa Phi, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Sigma Chi (Colony), Sigma Pi and Tau Kappa Epsilon.
The Interfraternity Council at UTSA believes in continuous, year-round recruitment - but to facilitate a positive experience for incoming students, a formal week of events is planned each fall and spring. If you are interested in the IFC fraternity experience, please note that Recruitment is a mutual selection process; where both the fraternities and you, the potential member, make the decision of membership. Please remember that you must have at least a 2.5 high school or college GPA to join.
IFC General Assembly: Every first and third Wednesday of the month at 5:30pm in the Student Union Willow Room.
