If you’ve answered yes to any of the above questions, then the Leadership Advisory board (LAB) might be a great capstone experience for you! LAB is comprised of student leaders in their junior or senior year and with a minimum of one year experience as an active leader. LAB members function as consultants and mentors to the campus community in the areas of leadership and organization management. LAB members are trained to conduct various skill development workshops for organizations at their request, and they serve as an advisory group to provide input on matters addressing the development and implementation of the leadership development program at UTSA.
