Limited SubmissionsLimited submission programs are those funding opportunities where sponsors restrict the number of proposals a university may submit for consideration for an award. Since sponsors can reject all proposals received from UTSA if the number exceeds the organizational limit allowed, UTSA must internally screen all eligible and interested nominees to determine which will represent the university.
