Stress is a part of life – it can motivate us to move beyond our comfort zone in positive ways but it can also bring us to a standstill. Determining ways to cope or move beyond the stress affects us emotionally and physically. True colors is a great tool to help diffuse stress; knowing our color stressors enables us to better control our behavior in those situations. Did you know that people usually show more attributes of their last color while under stress?
