Four C’s in Action

It is an exciting time on campus as our newest Roadrunners and their families visit us for orientation. It is the perfect opportunity to reflect and renew our commitment to the Four C’s. Where are your strengths? Is there a C that needs polishing? Have a conversation with your team about how you can strengthen your Four C’s this summer.

Here are some ideas.

• Create something new and eye catching for our new students, perhaps a window display, an updated website, or a new program targeting freshman students.
• Collaborate with your team to revise procedures and processes to make it easy for students to access what you have to offer. Collaborate with other Student Affairs teams to get ideas.
• Communicate your one simple message to our new students and families. They might take away only one nugget of information about your office. What do you want that to be?
• Connect with our new students by using #UTSA19 and #UTSACollegeLife on Twitter, Instagram and other social media. Remember that connections go both ways, share information and interact with students.
