(Nov. 18, 2013) -- The UTSA University Center and The UPS Store invite UTSA faculty and staff to the UC Lunch and Learn Seminar, "Safe Shipping During the Holidays." The event will be from 11 a.m. to noon, Thursday, Nov. 21, in the H-E-B University Center Travis Room (2.202) on the Main Campus.

>> Sandwich lunches will be provided to the first 25 guests who reserve a seat for the seminar. There also will be a drawing for a Starbucks gift card. To reserve a seat, email UCinfo@utsa.edu.

The speaker, Dennis Peak, is owner and operator of The UPS Store in Helotes since 1999 and The UPS Store at UTSA since 2009. Peak will focus on how to properly package and ship during the holidays. You will learn about various packaging materials and carriers available, as well as how to beat the holiday crunch.
