UTSA photo of the day: Telemundo Live from UTSA
(Feb. 24, 2016) — The Sombrilla fountain was viewed by millions of people across the country on Monday as Telemundo's nationally syndicated program "Al Rojo Vivo" with Emmy-award winning journalist María Celeste Arrarás, pictured here, was broadcast live from the UTSA Main Campus. Also broadcast were Telemundo's nightly news and local 4 p.m. news, which included interviews and appearances by UTSA students and Rowdy.
Telemundo was at UTSA as part of its week-long college tour #YoDecido, which is meant to encourage college students to vote in the upcoming election.
