Welcome to AFROTC Detachment 842 - our nation's premier detachment! We are a large, diversified, active and award-winning detachment focused on building the next generation of Air Force and Space Force officers.
Our detachment accepts students from across the San Antonio area including the Alamo Colleges District, Trinity University, UT Health San Antonio, Our Lady of the Lake University, University of the Incarnate Word, St. Mary's University, Texas A&M University – San Antonio, and Schreiner University.
