Faculty Awards
UTSA faculty play a leading role in the university’s mission to advance knowledge through research and discovery, teaching and learning, service and community engagement.
UTSA recognizes faculty through a number of faculty awards, which are administered both within the university and through external organizations.
The University Excellence Faculty Awards, together with the Staff Awards, are announced at UTSA’s annual University Excellence Awards ceremony in April. Awardees are presented with a monetary prize and award statuette.
