Financial Reports & Presentations

Financial results presentations for each fiscal year consist of consolidated financial data from variety of financial report sources.

The Annual Financial Report is submitted to the Office of the Texas Comptroller via UT System.

The Summary of Financial Condition is a financial assessment prepared by UT System based upon UTSA’s annual financial information. UT System submits it to the Board of Regents.

The Monthly Financial Report is prepared by UT System based upon UTSA’s monthly financial information. UT System submits it to the Board of Regents on a quarterly basis.

The Sources & Uses Report shows how UTSA’s sources and uses of its financial activity. It also contains data on UTSA’s research and restricted (sponsored) research activity. UT System submits the data to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB).
