Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by connecting and volunteering with a local Hispanic community-engaged agency. Service opportunities are virtual. Included agencies offer upcoming involvement opportunities and additional ways to volunteer. To register, send an email to volunteer@utsa.edu.

Virtual Volunteer Opportunities:

  1. Translate documents with American Gateways
  2. Write notes of encouragement for San Antonio Boys & Girls Club
  3. Virtual visits with separated children with The Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights
  4. Make wellness calls to elderly with Catholic Charities*
  5. Be an ESL tutor with Catholic Charities
  6. Be a translator or interpreter with standwithimmigrants.org
