Inclusive Excellence Ecosystem

An ecosystem is defined as a community of living and nonliving components such as air, water, minerals and soil. The living and nonliving components intersect with each other to create a system of services in which people depend on for their livelihood.

This understanding informed the development of the Inclusive Excellence Ecosystem. The Inclusive Excellence Ecosystem is an inclusive approach that takes advantage of established systems and programs, strategically introduces new initiatives accelerating the advancement of Inclusive Excellence.

The Inclusive Excellence Ecosystem is both a centralized and decentralized approach that aligns the quest for inclusivity and excellence within the ethos of the University.
