Special Collections’ Queer Zines

Over the last few years, UTSA Special Collections has assembled a collection of more than 250 zines, most of which originate from San Antonio and other locations in Texas. Many of the zine creators represented are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and their zines represent queer perspectives on mental health, prison reform, religion, and more.
