Enrollment Marketing, Communications, and Systems oversees the university’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. UTSA’s CRM enhance our constituents’ experience from the moment they are prospects, become Roadrunners and persist through graduation. Powered by Salesforce and integrated with our Student Information System, UTSA’s CRM enables all parts of the university to manage engagement with constituents from a single data source.
Inquiry forms can be generated from the CRM and embedded on to any UTSA website.

Capturing Other Types of Inquiries
To capture leads for other types of programs that are not enrollment oriented, one option is to use Qualtrics, an online survey tool that can generate inquiry forms. All staff and faculty have access to Qualtrics through University Technology Solutions. To set up your Qualtrics account, contact the Tech Café. Contact UTSA’s Web Services team if you need assistance with embedding a Qualtrics form on your website.
