TECHNOLOGY MAINTENANCE

This message is to alert you to some key technology maintenance taking place this weekend.

Banner Maintenance: On Saturday, April 25 from 8 a.m. until noon, UTS will be conducting maintenance on Banner services. During this time, myUTSA Account, ASAP, DegreeWorks, Banner, AppEnhancer, and AppWorx will be unavailable.

Network Maintenance at Buena Vista Street Building (BVB) and Frio Street (FS):

• Network maintenance at the Buena Vista Street Building (BVB) is scheduled from 6:30 p.m. CDT on Friday, April 24 until 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 25.
• Network maintenance at Frio Street (FS) is scheduled from 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 25 until 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 26.

During these maintenance windows, users may experience intermittent service interruptions or temporary outages affecting both wired and wireless network connectivity.
