CrashPlan Desktop Application Upgrade to 6.7.2 version

Message

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) will be upgrading the CrashPlan desktop application on Friday, November 30, 2018 beginning at 11:00 a.m. During this time, you may see a screen pop-up stating that CrashPlan is upgrading to version 6.7.2. You can disregard this screen as no action is needed on your part.

This upgrade will improve functionality both in the server and application client environment. No change should be experienced in the way you access and utilize the CrashPlan desktop client.

Once the upgrade is complete, your system will continue to backup as normal.

Note: Whenever accessing the CrashPlan client, you will be prompted to enter your myUTSA ID (abc123) and passphrase.
