Duo Two-Factor Issue Resolved

Earlier today, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) received reports of an issue from our vendor Duo Security. This issue may have prevented users from accessing applications requiring Duo two-factor authentication and impacted users’ ability to log into applications including PeopleSoft/UTShare services and VPN from both on and off-campus.

Duo Security worked to address this issue and the services are now confirmed available.
