TECHNOLOGY MAINTENANCE

Please be aware that UTS will be conducting technology maintenance on all Banner ecosystems this weekend. This Saturday, November 22, from 6 a.m. CST until noon, myUTSA Account, ASAP, Degreeworks, Banner and Appworx will be unavailable.

To offer the best possible service, regular updates and maintenance on UTSA systems are required. While this work is essential, we also recognize that it may present an inconvenience to our users. TECHNOLOGY ALERT

Tech Solutions (UTS) is aware of an intermittent application access issue affecting MyUTSA Account, UTSA Mobile, Canvas and Adobe Creative Cloud Applications. Some users are experiencing slow performance or disconnections when attempting to use these applications. This issue is related to a widespread Amazon Web Services (AWS) service disruption impacting cloud-based applications nationwide. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
