TECHNOLOGY MAINTENANCE

Network Maintenance Thursday and Friday 4/9 - 4/10

On Thursday, April 9 beginning at 10 p.m. and lasting until 1:30 a.m on Friday, April 10, UTS will be conducting network maintenance impacting the San Pedro I (SP1) building, the Archive and Collections Building (ACB), and the ITC-Frost Museum. During this period, users may experience temporary loss of connectivity for wired and wireless devices connected within the affected areas.

PeopleSoft Maintenance Saturday and Sunday 4/11 - 4/12

On Saturday, April 11 beginning at 8 p.m. and lasting until 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 12, UTShared Services in coordination with UTS will be conducting PeopleSoft system updates. During this period, PeopleSoft will be completely unavailable. This system maintenance will not change the PeopleSoft user experience.

After the updates are completed, we highly recommend that all users clear their browser cache to remove outdated information. For instructions, click here and select your preferred browser.

To offer the best possible service, regular updates and maintenance on UTSA systems are required. While this work is essential, we also recognize that it may present an inconvenience to our users.
