TECHNOLOGY MAINTENANCE

Please be aware that UTS will be conducting wireless network maintenance impacting all AirRowdy services on Friday, June 12 from 10 p.m. until midnight. During this window, users may experience temporary wireless network outages and intermittent connectivity interruptions while maintenance is performed.

Summer 2026 Main Campus Network Maintenance

As part of our continuous effort to improve UT San Antonio wired and wireless network performance and reliability, UTS will be conducting upgrades in several buildings across Main Campus during the months of June and July. During these maintenance periods, users will experience brief intermittent service interruptions to wired and network services. 

The network maintenance schedule is provided below. If you have a question or concern about a maintenance date or time, please contact Tech Café.

Major Network Traffic Disruption July 17-18:

Please note that UTS will be conducting major network maintenance on Friday, July 17, 2026. That evening beginning at 9:30 PM and lasting until 1:30 am on Saturday, July 18, users will be unable to access any UT San Antonio network resources or applications, including wired and wireless internet, VPN, Canvas, or any other services requiring UT San Antonio authentication. During this work, there will be no connectivity to network resources at Main Campus, Downtown Campus, Southwest Campus, San Pedro I, or One Riverwalk Place.

TECHNOLOGY ALERT

Tech Solutions (UTS) is aware of a global Cisco Webex telephony issue impacting UT San Antonio academic campus users. Users may experience errors placing calls, receiving calls, or using the Finesse web application. UTS Technicians are working to investigate the issue. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
