OIT Staff Publish North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Article

Ben Garcia, Director of Customer Service and Operations Support and Benjamin Garrison, OIT Support Services Manager from the Office of Information Technology, recently published an article entitled “The Challenge of I.T. Customer Service in Higher Education " for the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce October E-Tech Newsletter.

The article focused on how to assess an organizations strengths and weaknesses while providing services to a large academic population.  Emphasis was given to the importance of identifying areas of deficiency and the implementation of action plans that would improve program services and customer satisfaction.
