Educational Experience Film Festival (E2F2) is happening again! The 2016 E2F2 Awards Ceremony is set for April 14 at the Buena Vista Theater at the Downtown Campus.

The film festival is accepting submissions from UTSA students and faculty until April 4 at 11:59 p.m.

Numerous student projects, documentaries and videos designed to be used as  teaching tools have already been received and these submissions will be posted on the 2016 E2F2 YouTube Channel, which goes live April 5!

In addition to recognizing the winning entrees of this year’s festival, Dr. Enrique Alemán will give a keynote presentation of his nationally recognized documentary “Stolen Education.” Dr. Aleman, who chairs the UTSA Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, will discuss how producing a documentary was an important way to express the findings of his academic research. A Q&A session will follow his presentation. The ceremony starts at 6 p.m. and will be followed by a reception at 7 p.m. Information on how you can turn your research into a powerful digital film will also be shared.

The 2016 Educational Experience Film Festival is sponsored by the Office of Information Technology, The Digital Learning Office and the Video Production Group.
