Here are a few of the exciting faculty-focused sessions we have planned:

o “PowerPoint Storyboarding for Video Production Requests​​” - Want to learn about other ways to make your classes even more interactive? Check out this session from 10:15 a.m. -10:45 a.m. in the Mesquite Room.

o “Conference Room Chat with OIT Management” – Have a question for OIT management? Check out this session from 9:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m. in the Nueces Room.

o “Creating Enhanced Surveys Using Qualtrics” – Want a basic introduction into this online survey tool? Check out this session from 11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. in the Travis Room.

The OIT Spring Tech Conference will provide attendees the opportunity to participate in various workshops, presentations and product demos led by OIT staff as well as IT professionals from leading technology companies including Apple, Microsoft and Dell. The conference will also feature a keynote address, a vendor fair and door prizes. (Prizes include a Plantronics BackBeat Fit Headset, a Jabra Headset, a Dell monitor and more!) In addition, complimentary breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided.

This event is open to UTSA faculty, staff and students. Attending this event will be beneficial to both you and your students as it will focus on services and resources that can help to not only enhance your experience here, but also provide tools to help increase your students’ academic performance at UTSA and beyond.
