The Office of Information Technology sponsored two UTSA SharePoint faculty review training sessions in the John Peace Library on April 15 at 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The classes were specifically designed for faculty who are assembling their professional credentials to submit to the provost of academic affairs for official review: tenure promotion, comprehensive periodic evaluation, and three year reviews.

Project Coordinator Rosalind Ong DeTrevino, Telecommunications Manager Mary-Margaret Echeverria,  and  Communication Specialist Nicole Duff demonstrated how to manage their documents on SharePoint Online. Microsoft SharePoint Online is UTSA’s collaboration center that allows you to upload, view and retrieve documents online. SharePoint is the university’s answer to understanding the future of work, staying competitive and transforming the tools the system needs to keep business moving from the inside out.
