UTSA Staff Council Nominations for 2016

The UTSA Staff Council is an advisory board which shares information with and makes recommendations to President Romo regarding staff-related interests and concerns. The Staff Council also provides scholarships to eligible degree-seeking staff and coordinates the staff appreciation awards and events.

Nominations for the Staff Council were emailed to benefits-eligible staff members on June 16. The nomination survey link will be active through June 24, 2016.

Commitment to serve on the Staff Council includes monthly meetings and committee wok to improve the UTSA community.

Nominees must be UTSA benefits-eligible classified or Administrative and Professional employees. You can nominate yourself or a co-worker for the UTSA Staff Council. Nominees will be contacted by the Staff Council Election Committee to accept the nomination.

Voting for the 2016-2018 Staff Council term will begin in early July. The selected new representatives for the council will begin their terms in September.
