March OIT Customer Kudos

March 31, 2017

Kudos for: VizLab Staff,

Thank you for allowing the iTEC campers (and instructors) to visit the VizLab. They loved it! We received positive feedback after their visit from our campers, their parents and also the instructors. Everyone had a great time and it really helped us to enhance our spring camps. Thanks for organizing our visit and for being so understanding and flexible with us.”

 Kudos for: Lorelei Fogel Hammargren

Good morning Lorelei,

I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know what a FABULOUS job you did on your CLIBA voucher this month.  I had the privilege of reviewing and approving it without instance.  It was quite complex and the manner in which you organized all of the required supporting documentation and entered the Invoice and Description line details was spot on!!!

Thank you for being so meticulous.  It certainly made a HUGE impact on the amount of time I was required to spend on my end.

She [Elias] handled a recent request and was great to work with, if you had a Yelp review on her, I’d give her 5 stars.  I’m glad you have good people helping you out.

Customer Kudo for: Communications Specialist, Danicia Steele and Multimedia Specialist III, Yuri Martinez-Ramos

“The OIT has been and honestly always has been very supportive of any request above and beyond the Forums.

Danicia has served as point and coordinated with Yuri and I both on the March ADTS Forum and this April’s Forum e-marketing (below).  Both have met the needed deadlines while juggling lots of other projects.  Additionally, they prepared and distribute the post Forum survey and distribute ADTS Attendance Certificates to those completing the survey.  All is reviewed and approved by me on behalf of the ADTS Forum Committee.

Yuri also came to the March Forum and surprised me by taking numerous candid pictures.  Both the pictures and the post LiveStream video link (produced by Gerard and his team) were shared by me with the panelists.  Though I have always shared the link in my “thanks” to the panelists, the numerous professional quality photos were an additional nice touch.”
