Announcing the new Presidents Cabinet for UT San Antonio

Dear Colleagues and Students,

Earlier this week, we celebrated a historic milestone for our new institution, launching as UT San Antonio, the third largest research university in Texas and one that is grounded in excellence to make lives better for our students, faculty, staff and community.

Today, I’m proud to announce the President’s Cabinet — a group of incredible leaders and deep subject matter experts who will drive our divisions, colleges, schools, departments and teams forward as we strive to become a model for exemplary public research universities nationwide.

Over the last month, this leadership group has begun meeting as one in preparation for all the important work that lies ahead. While these leaders and their teams will continue to work closely with the Integration Management Office (IMO) to develop processes and systems that will support our broader integration efforts, they have already made much progress in their short time serving together. I am deeply grateful for their continued focus, commitment and drive, and I can’t wait to see what we will accomplish together.
