The title of his Fulbright project is "The Iron Curtain: Impacts on Arsenic Mobility along the Banks of the Hooghly River." Tom will be working with two prominent universities in India.

Dr. Hongjie Xie Recipient of SCAR (Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research) Visiting Scholarship
Dr. Xie will visit the Universidad de Concepción, Chile. His visit will support further capacity building of Antarctic research on remote sending of sea ice, ice sheets, and ice shelves, and on the better understanding of Antarctica's contribution to global sea level rise.
