D1.2 Four-Year Graduation Rates of First-Time, Full-Time, Road Runners by URM Status (Roadrunner Cohort)
Undergraduate Roadrunners' Four-Year Graduation Rates by Minority Status

The number of non-CAP undergraduates in the first-time, full-time, degree-seeking cohort who graduate from UTSA within four academic years, divided by the total number of non-CAP undergraduates in the first-time, full-time, degree-seeking cohort. The first-time, full-time cohort includes students who take courses as first-time undergraduates during the summer and enroll as full-time students during their first fall semester. Full-time is defined as taking 12 semester credit hours.

Underrepresented minority (URM) students are students whose racial/ethnic makeup falls into one of the following groups: Hispanic, Black/African-American, American Indian or Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, or two or more races. Race/ethnicity is measured using IPEDS categories, therefore International students (students who are not US citizens or legal permanent residents) are retained in their own racial/ethnic group and are not considered URM students. Please note that this differs from UT System's URM definition. UT System defines URM as all racial ethnic groups except Whites, Asians, and multi-racial White-Asian students. Additionally, international students and students with unknown race/ethnicity are excluded from UT System calculations.
