OFFICE 365

All UTSA faculty, staff, and students have access to a suite of Office 365 products. To access these via web or to install them on a personal device, please visit portal.office.com and sign in with your UTSA email and passphrase.

MICROSOFT COPILOT

Microsoft Copilot is the only UTSA-approved AI tool because it offers the power of GPT-4 (a powerful AI large language model) with Microsoft’s stringent commercial data protection—meaning UTSA information is not being saved or used to teach the AI. This is the only safe way to use GPT-4 with UTSA data. Visit this page for more information and access instructions.

QUALTRICS

This online survey tool allows you to build and collaborate on surveys with other UTSA faculty and staff. The UTSA Qualtrics URL is: https://utsa.qualtrics.com. To request access, visit our submit a Tech Café ticket here

Note: surveys can be conducted with student respondees, but students cannot create or edit surveys in Qualtrics.

ADOBE EXPRESS, ACROBAT PRO & CREATIVE CLOUD

UTSA faculty and staff can access Adobe Express, our recommended tool for most users, for creating engaging course materials, presentations, and multimedia content quickly and easily. Faculty and staff also have access to Adobe Acrobat Pro for creating and editing PDFs, as well as the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, for more advanced creative work in support of teaching, research, and administrative needs.
