UTSA community: Get stepping for the American Heart Association
(March 18, 2013) -- The UTSA State Employee Charitable Campaign Planning Committee has teamed up with the UTSA Wellness Committee to host a healthy-walking activity on National Walking Day April 3. All funds raised by the UTSA Step-a-thon will be donated to the American Heart Association.
UTSA faculty, staff and students are invited to help SECC meet and exceed the pledge goal of $1,600. There will be events at the Main and Downtown campuses. Participants can register through Friday, March 22. Pledge forms and donations are due Friday, March 29. Registration check-in is Wednesday, April 3.
